I generally keep your data, privately secured within my Etsy account (sold order receipts) for the following time period: 4 years. I only download your personal data when printing USPS shipping labels direct through Etsy's shipping service in order to print these labels from home, and I promptly delete these files after completing and shipping your order.

-TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. What is the correct monogram format?

COUPLE MONOGRAM TRADITIONS
Surname initial in the middle and first letter of each individuals first name goes on either side of the surname initial.

INDIVIDUAL MONOGRAM TRADITIONS
Same Size Letters: first letters of their first, middle and last name, in that order.

Larger Middle Letter: first letters of their first, last and middle names, in that order. The surname is always the centered, largest font.

**These are the more “traditional monogram rules,” there are no right and wrong ways to create monograms

How long does it take to receive my item?

Most items are marked to be shipped in 3-5 days Shirts are marked to be shipped in 1-2 weeks due to the possibility of needing to order a specific size and color. If the shirt is in stock we can ship in 3-5 days.

First Class shipping takes 4-5 days and Priority takes 2-3 days.
Please contact us if you need an item by a certain time.

We are not able to start setting up the personalization for your order until we have all the details required. If we receive an order with information missing we will send you an email or convo requesting the missing info.

We are not responsible for order delays from us not being able to get in touch with you. Please check your etsy messages. We do not refund/cancel orders that are delayed.

Where do I put the personlization info for my item?

Please put all personalization info in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout. If you can't find the "Notes to Seller section, please use the contact button to message us.

Missing Thread Color and No Response

If customer does not respond to multiple thread color inquiries, the monogram will be stitched on shown in listing pictures.

Shipping Methods

All shipping is through USPS, either 1st Class or Priority Mail.
***Tee Shirts by default ship 1st Class which takes about 4-6 days for shipping. Please Contact Me if you wish to purchase a Priority Mail upgrade for your tee shirt purchase.
***Sweatshirts by default ship Priority Mail which takes about 3-4 days for shipping

Shipping Issues

Seller will not be held responsible for orders that have been scanned in as delivered by USPS and then missing/stolen from your porch or mailbox. This is theft and should be reported to the USPS and police by the customer.

Seller is not responsible for USPS damage, delays or lost packages. We will do everything we can to help the customer find the package and will help in filing damaged item or lost package reports.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Returns

Due to all of our items being personalized or custom made just for each buyer, we do not accept returns. However, we do guarantee our products to be free from defect or error. Please contact us if you believe your item has a defect or a monogram error.
